An agency is first about people. Here are those who design, coordinate and deliver your events — three journeys, one standard of excellence.
Choreographer & Artistic Director
Sophiane Boukabache
Sophiane is the artistic eye of MVP Event. A dancer and choreographer trained between France and Los Angeles, he has been working in the world of stage and events since 2005, where he has become one of the references of choreographed hip-hop.
Founder of the crews So United Crew and So Unikid, he led his teams to the top: European champion, finalist at the world championship in Las Vegas, several times French champion, and revealed to the public on television. On stage, he shared the bill with Soprano, Will.i.am, Justin Bieber and Flo Rida, and created performances for the UEFA Euro 2016, the NRJ Music Awards and the inauguration of the Parc Olympique Lyonnais. He is also the choreographer of the musical show Diamond Dance.
Sought after by the biggest brands — Adidas, Coca-Cola, Crédit Agricole — he designs themed shows, happenings and immersive stagings. His signature: limitless creativity in the service of a precise emotion.
Project Manager & Coordinator
Noémie Bénafou
Noémie is the one who turns an idea into a perfectly timed event. Twice French hip-hop champion, she knows the stage from the inside before knowing it through organisation — a rare dual culture that makes the difference when you need both to understand artists and to meet a spec.
Her journey took her from competition to project coordination within Uppernation and Uppernation Projects, via recognised collectives such as Da Squad, Élaboration Urbaine and Rhoff. From the first meeting to the last light, she is the one who orchestrates: schedule, artists, tech, logistics.
Her strength: the rigour of an organiser, the eye of a dancer. Nothing slips through, everything is ready on the day.
Director & Project Lead
Walid Boukabache
A former professional dancer turned filmmaker, Walid bridges live performance and image. Founder and CEO of the Lyon-based agency Uppernation, he has built a recognised creation and production company, his own studios in Vaulx-en-Velin, and delivered campaigns broadcast up to national television.
A former member of So United Crew, he knows the stage through the body before knowing it through the lens. This dual culture — dancer and director — feeds every project: he thinks of the show as a narrative, with a sense of framing, rhythm and emotion. On an MVP event, he leads production and ensures the result lives up to the ambition.
His signature: the pursuit of image quality in the service of live performance.
